1959 Lincoln Premiere in stunning original colour of Cameo Rose. Powered by the 7.0L 430 Engine and a 3 speed automatic it has more than enough power to cruise the highways effortlessly. Lincoln manufactured only 7,861 Premieres in 1959, of which 1,963 of the two-door “Coupe” Premiere, model number 63B, with an empty weight of 4,920 pounds and a base price of $5,347 (about a dollar a pound, what a deal)! These cars were 227 inches long and an amazing 80 inches wide. What a beast. One of the largest production cars ever made. Coupe shared the same length with its four door name sake so plenty of room in the back. . Would be one of a very few Coupes here and we are not aware of any others in this unique colour. Finished in its original rare factory colour of Cameo Rose, with contrasting ivory and charcoal seat trim this car is absolutely stunning. Equipment levels were high for this marque with power windows that work fast and effortlessly, power brakes and steering. Electric seat and aerial. Car has gone through a recent restoration and been repainted and the engine has been completely rebuilt. This is a rare one owner classic which still retains its original interior and trunk lining.
